Consuelo was born on May 2, 1928 at home in the Alkali Flats neighborhood of Sacramento California. She worked at McClellan Air Force base until she retired in 1971. Connie, as she was often called, enjoyed traveling with her husband Mando, watching her grandchildren’s baseball and softball games, taking cruises with her daughter Christine, and also enjoyed her bowling league. She passed away peacefully at home in Placerville California on March 23, 2025. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 42 years Armando who passed away in 1991, her siblings Manuel, Niche, David, Madeline, Lucile, Henry, and her great grandson David. Consuelo is survived by her children Robert, Christine, and David. Grandchildren Robert, Alan, Paul, Joshua, and Priscilla. Great grandchildren Michael, Armando, Savannah, Trenton, Cameron, Kendall, and Mariah. Great Great grandson Gabriel.
