On May 16, 2024, Daryle G. Walter unexpectedly passed into the arms of Jesus. Born February 26, 1955, in Evansville, Indiana, he was born 4 minutes before his twin brother, Jeryle. His parents moved from Indiana to Porterville, California, in 1964, where he attended elementary, high school and junior college. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BS degree in agriculture business management. He subsequently began his 38-year career in agricultural banking. Retiring in 2018, Daryle began to enjoy woodworking, gardening, loving on his dogs, and volunteering at the Sacramento Food Bank.
Daryle is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife Sandra, stepson Christopher (Szonja Fekete) Tootle, brothers Jeryle (Georga) and Riley (Kristine) Walter and their families, extended family across the US, along with his many friends and co-workers.
He was predeceased by his parents Mary Jane and Riley B. Walter and brother Jim Ellis.
Celebration of Life is June 7th, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at Fair Oaks Church, Wells Chapel, 11427 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks, California. A time of fellowship following.
