I learned many things from David  40 years ago.

Dad, I miss you so much every day. I still can’t believe you are gone. You have been such a wonderful father! You have always taken care of your family and given us everything we needed. You have been our spiritual leader in our home. You taught us how to love the Lord and to be prayer warriors. I will never forget how we used to sing in church as a family. Mom played the piano and the rest of us sang. Kim and I used our tambourines too. You taught us how to be responsible and to fight for what is right in this crazy world. You were so brave! I will never forget all our family camping and fishing trips too! You were the best dad a girl could ask for and my heart aches that you are gone. 😢 I will see you again in heaven dad. Dad, I wanted to share how much that I love you and appreciate all that you have taught me. I am definitely my father's daughter. You have taught me to be strong but loving and  fight for what I believe in. I saw your heart for others when you started an organization to protect women and children from sexual abuse. I just learned of David's passing today and very sad for the Woodel's loss.  David was more than just my insurance agent, he was someone who shared our love of Jesus, and politics. He was very open and shared his faith. I will miss him, but I'm certain he's dancing and praising the Lord! Until we meet again, friend. 


Thank you David, my brother in Christ, for showing me what it was to be a true warrior. You will be missed. See you when I get there. Alma

David was a soldier for the lord.  I have known David and Barbara since their  teen years.  Love them so much.
My deepest sympathy to Barbara and family.
