She is survived by her siblings Kay, Rodney II, and Charlie her children Tanya Parra and Manuel Parra, and her beloved grandchildren Alejandra Salazar, Peyton, Tenley, and Hunter Parra, who were the apples of her eye.

Elaina embraced the role of a young mother with grace and determination. She was known for her outspoken nature, sharp wit, and feisty spirit. Elaina's loyalty and honesty were the bedrock of her relationships, always firm but fair, earning the respect and love of those around her.
