Eugene Elliott Utter, age 80, of Sacramento, California passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
A graveside service for Eugene will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park & Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
