Hector Cuevas Jr., October, 4, 1922 – January, 12, 2012 died peacefully at age 89 in Folsom. He was an airline employee for more than 30 years and retired from United Airlines and was a member of the AFL-CIO Machinist Union. He was born in Merida, Mexico, lived in Zaragoza, Spain until coming to the United State where he became a proud US Citizen in 1950. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gloria, son Alan, son Hector and daughter in law Kathy, Grandson, Jason, daughter in law, Mary and grandsons Marc and Adam and great grandson Nathan.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 at Mount Vernon Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln., Fair Oaks, CA. Services will be 10am Tuesday, January 17, 2012 also at Mount Vernon with interment to follow.
