

Jonathan Martin Reyes, 36, entered into eternity on May 28, 2015 in Rancho Cordova, California. He was born in Yuba City, California, and graduated from New Life Christian School in Marysville and DeWitt School in Stockton. He attended California State University, Sacramento and technical school, earning certifications in HVAC and computer software and systems. He was a member of the Home Church in Lodi, California.
Jonathan worked as a HVAC technician for many years and most recently for Derek Sawyers Smart Energy in Modesto, California. He loved photography, founded GreenRight Media video production company, and was a talented videographer. Jonathan was a gifted young man who loved learning and aside from English he also spoke Spanish, and some Japanese and Chinese. He was a quiet, kind and humorous person who gave much of himself, was always willing to help others and go the second mile for anyone in need. He loved his family, computers, video games, movies, nature, camping, playing music, riding bikes, martial arts and dancing. He also had a very nice singing voice, which we will miss.
He will be greatly missed by his large, loving family: sons, Ramses Reyes and Michael Reyes of Stockton, his wife, Alejandra Reyes of Stockton, his parents, Earnest Reyes of Marysville and Sara Hinz of Rancho Cordova, two brothers, Markus Hinz of Yuba City, Stefan Anderson of Portland, Oregon, four sisters, Mary-Kathleen Skelton of Roseville, Danielle Reyes of Seattle, Washington, Anna-Victoria Anderson of Rome, Italy and Gabrielle Hinz of Santa Cruz, two grandmothers, Helen Savedra of Marysville and Reva Truitt of Austin, Texas, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jonathan was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents Robert and Iris Bachelder of Roseburg, Oregon.
