Keith Douglas McCann tragically left us on April 21, 2024 at the age of 36. Keith was known to most for his tremendous talent for dance. His passion for dancing began to develop and take hold when he was around 6 years of age and continued into adulthood. At the age of 18, Keith was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, NY. After Graduating from Juilliard a talent scout from Cirque Du Soleil placed Keith in their newest show “VIVA Elvis” at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Keith was incredibly gifted in teaching the art of dance to individuals of all ages and abilities. He was trained in various styles of dance and chorography and had the honor of teaching at many facilities and studios throughout Northern California and the United States. Keith should be remembered for his kindness and generosity. He was incredibly patient and gentle when teaching younger children. This is not a surprise to those who were able to witness what an amazing big brother he was to Alison when they were little. Keith is survived by his father, Jack McCann; mother Bonnie McCann; his sister Alison Strand; brother-in-law Jacob Strand; his partner Sean Murray; his aunts, Donna Burton and Virginia Cole. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Douglas and Eileen McCann; and grandparents, Peggy Perucci and Virgil Fenton. He will be dearly missed.
