Louise Carol Guajardo was born on the Fourth of July 1961 in Pomona, California. She died on 28 January 2016 at Mercy General in Sacramento, California surrounded by loved ones.
She is survived by her 3 children Dominic, Alex, and Adriana and her sister Jackie.
She was a loved and will be forever missed by those whose lives she touched.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on 3 February at Mount Vernon Mortuary 8201 Greenback Lane from 4-8pm and a Memorial Service on 4 February at St Mel’s Catholic Church 4745 Pennsylvania Ave, Fair Oaks, CA at 2pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at Sonia and Matt’s house 9213 Henley Way.
