Pamela was born in Albany, New York, on July 19th, 1946 and is the second born of six siblings. She moved from New York to Colorado with her children in 1977, and to California in 1992. She married the love of her life, William Eric Plumb on Christmas Eve (December 24th), 1995. She is survived by her children, David Thompson Armstrong, Daniel Robert Armstrong, and Katheryn Pamela Sanchez-Armstrong, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Pamela will be held Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
