Reynaldo Dano Camposagrado, age 78, of El Dorado Hills, California Passed Away on Sunday November 19, 2017. Reynaldo was born April 2, 1939 in the neighborhood of Binakayan, Kawit, Province of Cavite, in the country of the Philippines. He was a former US Veteran of the United States Navy, including a former retiree of the US Postal Service; he served with dedication to the US government for over 40+ years.
Reynaldo is survived by his spouse, Lucita Diego Camposagrado, his eldest son and daughter-in-law, Romel Diego Camposagrado and Shellfer Roxas Raymundo, their children, Daneah Jule Camposagrado, Roman Julian Camposagrado, and Julius Rey Camposagrado, and his youngest son, Glenn Diego Camposagrado.
Reynaldo was a hard working family man, who not only dedicated most of his life to his country, but to his family, never complaining about pain or the hardships in life. At the age of 7, when he lost his own father, Crisanto Camposagrado, during the post World War II era, his mother, Amada Dano Camposagrado's strength, dedication, love, sacrifice, and entrepreneurship taught Reynaldo and his three brothers, Romeo, Alberto, and Oscar about the true meaning of family and sacrifice, including the value of saving and education. By understanding these life lessons early on, Reynaldo's spirit of hope, love, and labor for his family and country was never-ending and relentless, a true soldier at heart; he is the reason why many of us are here today in the US and why some of us have made successful careers. We will forever never forget him and will always recognize the fruits of his labor and teachings; his love for family, education, and opportunity. We will miss him very much.
A funeral service for Reynaldo will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, California 95628. A visitation will occur Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, California 95628.
