Wilma Jean Bartley (Meeks) of Fair Oaks, born March of 1930 in Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on May 10. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Robert; 2 children, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
