Alberto T Almendarez

Alberto T. Almendarez, 34, passed away September 11, 2011 at a Kingsville Hospital. Mr. Almendarez was born November 15, 1976 to Guadalupe (Wally) and Iris Villa Almendarez in Falfurrias, TX. Alberto graduated from Falfurrias High School and attended Del Mar College where he received an Associate Degree in Banking and Finance. He was also a professional musician, singer, and songwriter.

Alberto was preceded in death by his father, Wally Almendarez. He is survived by his wife Michele Almendarez and his mother Iris Almendarez, both of Falfurrias. Also surviving are his children Dillon Thomas and Gabriella Renay, a sister Sandra (Joey) Almendarez-Cadena of Edinburg, TX and a niece, Ava Lynn Cadena of Edinburg, TX.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday September 13, 2011 with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday September 14, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
