

Daniel "Dan" DeLeon, Jr. was called by our good Lord on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at a hospital in Laredo, Texas at the age of 70. He was born on May 30, 1947 to Daniel DeLeon, Sr. and Demetria Hernandez in La Mesa, Texas. Dan was the owner of Quality Care Ambulance Service.
Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Daniel DeLeon, Sr.; sister, Lydia Wooten; brother, Andrew DeLeon and granddaughter, Kaylla Rihn.
He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memories his wife, Florinda D. DeLeon of Hebbronville, Texas; children, Josie (Rick) Sellers of Austin, Texas, Barbara (Rene) Villalpando of Harlingen, Texas, Robert (Marie)DeLeon of San Antonio, Texas and Cindy(Rick) Nix of San Antonio; mother, Demetria of Allen, Texas; siblings, Marie (Mac) Jacoby of Sachse, Texas, Emily (Albert) Hernandez of Garland, Texas, Rosie (Bobby) Ybarra of San Antonio, Eloise DeLeon of McKinney, Texas, Adam DeLeon of California, Jessie DeLeon of Dallas, Texas, John (Julie) DeLeon of Allen and Eva (Jim) Greco of McKinney, Texas; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with visitation to begin at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
