Elena G. Hinojosa

Elena Hinojosa entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at a hospital in Laredo, Texas at the age of 91. She was born on August 18, 1927 to Sixto Gamez and Clemencia Reyna in Hebbronville, Texas. Elena was a housewife.

Elena was reunited in Heaven with her parents; husband, Roberto R. Hinojosa, Sr.; two sons, Marcos and Armando Hinojosa; great-granddaughter, Natalie Natividad; two sisters, Victoriana Marquez and Estefana Gonzalez and brother, Tomas Gamez, Sr.

She leaves behind to cherish her wonderful memories her son, Roberto (Corinne) Hinojosa, Jr. of Victoria, Texas; three daughters, Petra H. (Eloy) Garza of Laredo, Texas, Lydia H. (David) Garza and Maria Elena Gomez both of Hebbronville; sister, Maria Luz Gutierrez of Hebbronville; 13 grandchildren, 26 Great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be prayed at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
