
Enedelia Perez Adame, 68, entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at her residence in Falfurrias, Texas. She was born on November 27, 1957, in Reynosa, Mexico, to Longino Perez and Antonia Ramirez Perez.
Enedelia dedicated over 18 years of her life working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Falfurrias Nursing Home. She had a true servant’s heart and found great fulfillment in caring for others. Her compassion and kindness touched the lives of many families throughout her years of service.
A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Enedelia cherished every moment spent with her family. She lovingly helped care for many of her grandchildren, a role that brought her immense pride and joy. She enjoyed simple pleasures in life, such as attending yard sales and finding treasured bargains at the Goodwill store. Always generous and selfless, Enedelia never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved parents; her sons, Alejandro Vela and Pedro Vela III; her siblings, Jesus Perez, Lupita Perez, and Pedro Perez; and her niece, Natalia Vela.
Enedelia is survived by her husband, Alfredo Adame of Falfurrias; daughters, Selina Amparo (Michael) Vela of Falfurrias, Enedelia Lizette (Enrique Salazar) Vela of Beeville, Texas, Margarita (Ryan Marshall) Vela of Falfurrias, Maida (Abel Chapa) Vela of Premont, Texas, and Destiny Renee Perez of Falfurrias; brothers, Jose Luis Perez of Falfurrias and Guadalupe (Veronica) Perez of El Paso, Texas; 21 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family will be having private services.
