Erica Guerra entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 22, 2026 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 57. She was born on October 29, 1968 in Falfurrias, Texas to Alonzo P. Guerra and Delia Carpentier Guerra.
Erica is preceded in death by her father; sisters, Glenda Baez and Martha Corrales.
She leaves behind many beautiful memories that will forever be treasured by her daughter, Zina (+Estevan Perez) Mondragon of Hebbronville; sons, Juan (Rosa Rodriguez) Mondragon Jr. of Corpus Christi and Jose Luis Mondragon of Hebbronville; mother, Delia C. Guerra of Hebbronville; brothers, Jose (Maria) Guerra of Hutto, Joel (Molly) Guerra of Tyler and Alonzo (Melinda) Guerra Jr. of Corpus Christi; sisters, Cynthia (Jose) Betancourt and Christi (Benito) Cantu both of Hebbronville; grandchildren, Bryson Perez, Jaxson Perez, Kylin Perez and Daniella Rose Mondragon.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 7, 2026 starting at 8:30 a.m. with Holy Rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
