Ernesto Juan Garza Jr.

Ernesto Juan Garza, Jr., age 60, of McAllen, Texas entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 25, 2014. He was born on November 1, 1953 to Ernesto Garza, Sr. and Maria Hortencia Falcon Garza in Laredo, Texas. Ernesto was a graduate of Hebbronville High and Texas A&I Kingsville. He worked most of his young life in the oil rigs but what he enjoyed doing the most was working in produce, coming from a family of ranchers and farmers he grew up loving it. Ernesto enjoyed helping others in need especially in yard work and mechanic. His love of his life was his wife, Martha Garza, he loved his children with all his heart and his grandchildren were the light of his life.

Ernesto was welcomed into heaven by the embrace of the loving arms of the lord, his father, Ernesto Juan Garza, Sr., brother, Ruben, grandparents, Ramon and Maria Falcon and Ernesto and Paula Garza.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memories his wife, Martha Garza; his mother, Maria Hortencia Falcon Garza; his children, Vanessa Marie Cantu (Valdemar), Valerie Michelle Garza, Ernesto Juan Garza, III, Rosa Ortencia Mancillas (Rafael) and Alejandra Yanet Garza (Bryan); his brothers, Carlos Ramon Garza (Suzanne), Chris Noel Garza (Christina) and sister, Rosa Maria Esparza. He was also blessed and adored by his 9 grandchildren.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
