Felix DeLeon, Sr. passed away Sunday February 20, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family at the age of 78. He was born May 8, 1943 to Martin DeLeon and Juanita Salazar DeLeon in Falfurrias, Texas. Felix worked with Celanese Plant as a Forklift Operator before his retirement.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Chistine DeLeon and siblings, Alejos DeLeon, Cresencio DeLeon, Bernardo DeLeon, Eusebio DeLeon, Guadalupe DeLeon, Juan Pedro DeLeon, Martin DeLeon, Jr. and Hortencia Garcia.
Felix is survived by his wife, Charlotte DeLeon of Falfurrias; son, Felix DeLeon, Jr. of Falfurrias; daughters, Ernestine DeLeon of Elgin, Texas and Eleanore DeLeon (Andres) Rubio of Falfurrias; brother, Tomas DeLeon of Falfurrias; three grandchildren, Pedro (Daniella) IV, Christian and Malachi and four great-grandchildren, Alejandro, Santiago, Pedro V. and Camilo all of Falfurrias.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias. Funeral Service will follow at the Marantha Assembly of God Church at 1:00 p.m. and services will conclude with burial at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
