Isabel G. Sanchez, 82, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2011 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. Mrs. Sanchez was born on September 12, 1928 to Salomon Garcia and Sofia Maldonado Garcia in Falfurrias, TX. She was retired from Plainview Independent School District. Her parents, husband Alberto Sanchez, and sister Esperanza Perez precede her in death. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her son Santiago (Araceli) Sanchez and daughter Patricia A. (Gary) Garza all of Falfurrias, TX, a brother Fidencio (Aida) Saenz of Corpus Christi, TX and 7 grandchildren Justin A. Garza, Kendra L. Garza, Brandon M. Garza, Carlos A. Sanchez, Anthony Sanchez, Sophia A. Sanchez and Keerstin J. Garza.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday March 18, 2011 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias, TX, with visitation starting at 2:00 p.m.
Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 19, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Falfurrias, TX, with burial following at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
