Jesus D. Quintanilla

Jesus D. Quintanilla 75 passed away Tuesday December 11, 2012 at a Corpus Christi Hospital. Jesus was born August 11, 1937 to Jesus and Martha Duverne Quintanilla in the town of Falfurrias, TX. He was a Korean Army veteran and a Construction and Pipeline Foreman before his retirement. As a pass time Jesus loved to listen to Conjunto Music.

Jesus was preceded in death by his parents a son Jesse Quintanilla III and a brother Salvador Quintanilla.

He is survived by his wife Mirna Quintanilla of Falfurrias, TX. Two daughters Karina Quintanilla of Falfurrias, TX and Monica Morante of Waco, TX. His three sisters Celia Mendoza of Delano, CA., Maria Robledo of Premont, TX and Endelia Duverne of Corpus Christi, TX. Also surviving are three grandchildren Antonio R. Morante, Alejandro T. Morante and Adrian Martinez, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Vistiation will start at 4:00 p.m. Friday December 14, 2012 with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Saturday December 15, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
