Jovita C. Rodriguez

Jovita Cardona Rodriguez, age 71, of Falfurrias, Texas, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023 in a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Jovita was born February 15, 1952 to Felix Cardona and Ramona Flores Cardona in Port Lavaca, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Jovita is survived by her husband, Eustacio “Tacho” Rodriguez of Falfurrias, Texas; children, Melissa Jo Delgado of Port Lavaca, Texas, Rodolfo Amado (Christina) Solis of Houston, Texas, Adrian Eustacio (Liliana) Rodriguez of Port Lavaca and Andrew Joseph (Nastasha) Rodriguez of Falfurrias, Texas; Siblings, Rosie Canales, Adela (Carlton) Hopper both of Austwell-Tivoli, Texas, Judy (Norbert) Ybarra of Corpus Christi, Texas, Andres (Sara) Cardona of Port Lavaca, Texas, Alfred Cardona of Weslaco, Texas and Felix Cardona of Austwell-Tivoli, Texas; grandchildren, Bryanna Pauline Delgado, Vincent Rene Delgado, Stephanie Jo Delgado, Sebastian Rudolfo Solis, Joshua David Arizmendi, Jia Alazay Sosa, Sarah Milagros Rodriguez, Adrian Eustacio Rodriguez Jr., Jaedynn Nalyssa Rodriguez, Aubree Dru Rodriguez, and Isaiah Rey Regalado; and great grandchildren, Amelia Grace Arizmendi, Josue Ace Arizmendi, Juliana Victoria Arizmendi, Evelyn Anahi Gonzales, Marilynn Jo Edwards, and Adyen Ray Delgado; and her fur pets Kelly and Coco.

A visitation for Jovita will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, followed by a live streamed rosary at 5:00 PM.
