

Preceded in death by parents Bertie and Lawrence Smith of Liberty Hill, TX, and husband of 47 years William Holbein. Was born on March 1, 1939 in Austin, TX, died in Corpus Christi, TX. on April 20, 2012.
She is survived by her brother James L. Smith (Irma) of Liberty Hill, TX, her sister in law Patricia Sugarek of Skidmore, and 6 nephews and 4 nieces, Norbert Smith (Bobbie) of Liberty Hill, TX, Edward Smith (Sandra) of Hebbronville, TX, Karl Smith of Burnett, TX, Robert Smith (Araceli, Marian) of Port Aranas, TX, Ulli Edwards (Al, Trey, Will) of Lexington, TX, Curtis Sugarek (Debbie) of Skidmore, TX, Janis Brown (Fred) of San Marcos, Tx. Loraine Brown of Skidmore, TX, Joe Sugarek of Dallas, TX, and Joanie Stautzenberger (Rockie) also of Skidmore, TX.
She spent her life serving our Lord Jesus Christ. She had a great Love and commitment to all of her pets and animals and she was a long and faithful servant of the Methodist Church in Hebbronville. She treated everyone through the eyes of the Lord and wished that in Leui of flowers that a charitable donation be made to the Methodist Church in her name.
Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Methodist Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the Greenhill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Robert Smith, Al Edwards, Clark Rossi, Mark Wied, Bill Barfield and William Barfield
Honorary pallbearers are Edward Smith and Dick Holbein.
