Noe Humberto Benavidez passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 in Rosenberg, Texas at the age of 66. He was born on August 14, 1951 to Gildardo M. Benavidez and Solia Garza Benavidez in Premont, Texas. Noe is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Gilbert, Nick and Connie Benavidez and his nephew, Eric H. Gamez. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Benavidez of South Houston, Texas; brother, Onofre Benavidez of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Sylvia Benavidez of Rosenberg, Texas, Delia (Steve) Chacon of Needville, Texas and Diana (Ruben) B. Gamez of Spring, Texas; four grandchildren, Bianca Benavidez, Rene Rangel, Savanah Rangel and Amy (Kevin) Castro; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Frank Rene Rangel, Kevin Castro, Jerry Benavidez, Joey Fonseca, Joey Fonseca, Jr. and Tommy Garza. Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23, 2017 at Funeraria del Howard-Williams with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Benavidez Family Cemetery in Brooks County. ?
