

Norma was a beacon of dedication and loyalty in the field of education, devoting 39 remarkable years to nurturing the minds and hearts of countless children. Her unwavering compassion and love for the young lives she touched were profound, leaving an indelible mark on their futures. With a vibrant soul and an eye for style, Norma approached life with enthusiasm, delighting in the joy of dressing up for holidays and special occasions, which reflected her bright spirit. She had a unique gift for capturing the beauty of the human experience through her photography, cherishing moments with family and friend, as well as the beauty of nature. Traveling and exploring the excitement of casinos in Las Vegas and Eagle Pass brought her great joy, especially when shared with loved ones. Norma’s legacy will forever be woven in the hearts of those she inspired, reminding us all of the transformation power of love, passion, and the simple joys of life.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Emma G. Moreno.
She is survived by one son, John Anthony Gomez; grand dog, Echo of Falfurrias, TX; brother, Adan “Dyno” Moreno of Falfurrias, TX; sisters, Humbelina (Florencio) Gonzalez of Alice, TX, Nelda (Joe) Campos of Falfurrias, TX, Nora Moreno of Falfurrias, TX. Along with Numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces/nephews.
Prayer Service will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias. Services will conclude with Burial at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
Pallbearers will be Joel Campos, Jesse Campos, Dyno Moreno, AJ Moreno, Adan Moreno III, Sebastian Flores, Sheila Foster, and Riley Sanchez. Honorary Pallbearer will be JD Sanchez.
