Olga Lopez

Olga Lopez, age 74, passed away after a lengthy illness, surrounded by friends and family, on September 1, 2012. She was born in Falfurrias, Texas on April 18, 1938 to Ygnacio and Angelita Lopez. She was retired from the Nueces County Supervision and Corrections Department in Corpus Christi. She is preceded in death by her father Ygnacio Lopez; sister, Natalia Zamora; and brother Isidro "Lefty" Lopez. Olga leaves behind her loving son, Christopher Lopez, mother, Angelita T. Lopez of Falfurrias, TX; sisters Blanca (Pablo) Perez of Alice, Texas and Hermalinda (Marcial) Martinez of Corpus Christi; brothers, Ygnacio (Yvonne) Lopez of Corpus Christi, Isaac (Maria) Lopez and Jose Lopez both of Falfurrias, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2012, with Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias.

Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church; Interment will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
