Roberto E. Amparan Sr., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in Hebbronville, TX. He was born in Laredo, TX to Donaciano and Elvira Virjan Amparan. He was preceded by his wife Carmen V. Amparan, his parents and siblings. He is survived by his daughters, Blanche Coburn, Diana M. Hanley (Steve Hanley), Patricia A. Allbee (Raymond Allbee), son Roberto E. Amparan Jr. (Risa Amparan), his dear friend and companion Graciela Trevino along with 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Roberto (Bob) was raised in Laredo, TX along with his 9 brothers and sisters. He attended St. Joseph Catholic High School in Laredo, TX and continued his life with his wife Carmen of 57 years in Houston, TX. He worked over 35 years in the tire industry before retiring to Zapata, TX with his wife in 1993. In 2006 he moved to Hebbronville, TX and lived there until his passing. Known as a gentleman, Bob touched many lives while here on Earth and will be dearly missed.
Pallbearers will be Roberto E. Amparan Jr., Ronnie Stitt, Robert Stitt, Andrew Cozby, Raymond Allbee and Joe Acevedo
Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville with visiting starting at 5:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the St. James Episcopal Church in Hebbronville.
Graveside services will conclude at 1:30 p.m. at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Laredo, Texas
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to St. James Episcopal Church of Hebbronville
Immediately after the funeral service guests honoring Roberto are welcomed to joint the family for a reception at the St. James Parish hall
