Roberto “Bobby” Cavazos, 54, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at his residence in Falfurrias, Texas. He was born on December 5, 1956 to Armando Cavazos and Amanda Ramirez Cavazos in Falfurrias, Texas and remained a lifetime member of the community. He graduated from A&I University and was a self-employed Rancher. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother Amanda Ramirez Cavazos of Falfurrias, Texas, brother Alonzo “Lonnie” (Nina) Cavazos of Corpus Christi, Texas, and two sisters Amanda (Johnny) Gonzalez of Pflugerville, Texas and Dina Cavazos of Georgetown, Texas, and 13 nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams with Visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias, Texas.
Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
