Trinidad “Trino” David Sanchez passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 at a hospital in Alice, Texas at the age of 22. He was born on October 24, 2000 to David Sanchez and Jennifer Ann Alaniz Salinas in Alice. In 2019, he graduated from Benavides High School and was currently working with J Drilling, LLC of Benavides, Texas. Trino was always a very athletic person who loved sports and fishing. He also enjoyed hanging out with friends and family and having a good time. For the most part, he liked to think he was the “boss” of the family.
Trinidad was reunited in Heaven with his mother, Jennifer.
He is survived by his grandparents who raised him, Mary Alice Alaniz and Trinidad Alaniz of Realitos, Texas; father, David Sanchez of Alice; siblings, Tony (Mea) Cantu of Hebbronville, Brittany Hernandez of Realitos, Frankie Sanchez and David Sanchez, Jr. both of Alice; His paternal grandmother Sylvia Sanchez of San Diego, Texas; three nephews, Shaun Hernandez and Noah Hernandez both of Realitos and Jayden Alejandro Sanchez; two very close cousins whom he saw as brothers, Jonathan Reyes and Nicholas Reyes of Benavides and numerous cousins, extended family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Tony Cantu, Frankie Sanchez, David Sanchez, Angel Martinez, Santiago Vela, Brandon Alaniz, Jonathan Reyes and Adam Pina. Honorary pallbearers will be Nicholas Reyes, Shaun Hernandez and Noah Hernandez.
Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Realitos and services will conclude with Burial at the Realitos Cemetery.
