Anna Lillian Zavoral

Anna Lillian Zavoral, born on July 11, 1932 to Paul and Anna (Chlapecka) Pavlik in Chicago, Illinois, died April 29, 2022 in Bolingbrook, Illinois. She married Joseph Edward Zavoral on June 26, 1954 at Sts. Peter & Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Chicago, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 23, 1999. Together they had four sons: Joseph Paul (Bonnie) of Kansas, Illinois, John Edward of Braidwood, Illinois, James Frank of North Riverside, Illinois, and Jeffrey David (Janet) of Naperville, Illinois. She had four grandchildren: Patrick Joseph (Kasey) of Charleston, Illinois, Yvonne Eleanore (Johnny) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sarah Elizabeth (Mitchell) Ehlers of Grimes, Iowa, and Eric Thomas of Coralville, Iowa, three great grandchildren: Zoey Katherine, Deklan Patrick, and Oliver James of Charleston, Illinois, and several nieces and nephews.

Anna retired as a secretary for the Cicero School District Administrative Office and after retirement enjoyed volunteering at the Senior Center Thrift Store in Cicero and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. The family wishes to thank Atria at River Trail, Kindred Hospice, and Helping Hands Home Healthcare for the care she received.

There will be a private family service at Woodlawn Cemetery & Memorial Park, Forest Park, Illinois at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
