Aurora Peña age 81 from Chicago, IL formally from Guayanilla Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2021. Beloved wife to Isabel Pena for 56 years. Loving mother of Isaac (Stephanie) Pena, Harry (Yolanda) Peña, Carlos (Marta) Peña, Rosalie Peña (Amado Candelario), Mayra Peña, Eric (Patricia) Peña, Alex (Christina) Peña, Lillian Peña (Luis Centeno). Cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren. Great grandmother of 7 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Luz Maria Ghigliotty, Domingo Ghigliotty and the late Herminia Ghigliotty, Gloria Ghigliotty, Finolina Ghigliotty, Luisa Ghigliotty, Lucelenia Ghigliotty, Harry Ghigliotty. She will be missed dearly by many nieces, nephews, friends, relatives and The Faith World Christian Community Church. Aurora Peña was adored by her children and those that entered and came into her world. She had an infectious laugh/smile and hugs that you could feel in your soul! She always made sure you had a full belly and music was her passion. You could find her listening to Worship music but her favorite artist was Marc Anthony. She fought a long battle to stay in the lives of her children and grandchildren; because they meant the world to her. She exemplified the love of Jesus with every touch and every word spoken. Her walk complimented the life of Jesus Christ, here on this earth. For this shall be her legacy and standard that she leaves for her children to follow.

Tuesday May 25th 2021 from 9-11am

FUNERAL SERVICE/PRAYER SERVICE will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home located at 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL, 60130 Final viewing will take place from 9am to 11am

Pastor Daniel from the Faith World Church will be officiating the prayer service inside the funeral home chapel promptly at 11am.

After prayer service there will be 2 house passes.
