Danny was born on December 6, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, to Ubaldo “Wally” “Lalo” and Kathleen Velazquez. He grew up in Chicago and was known for his humor, his love for animals, and the joy he found in spending time with friends and family.
Danny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his son, Daniel; his daughter, Ciarra; his cherished grandchildren, Kameron, Luciana, and Rocco; his loving parents, Ubaldo and Kathleen; and his sister, Laura Surprenant (Louis).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
