Can still see and hear that smile and laugh from Aunt Annie. She will never be forgotten.

It will soon be one year since you have been gone, and I emember it like it was yesterday.  Today marks one year since I able to have a conversation with you.  The last thing you said to me was that you were going to miss me; I knew how you meant it. Words can not describe how much I love and miss you every single day, but I know you are singing and dancing with grandpa...finally. Thank you to all of our family and friends, near and far, who have helped comfort us through this past year. We love you.

September 17, 2015 will mark the 1 year anniversary of my Mom's passing. And although this has been most difficult for my family myself included, we are most grateful for all the well wishes, thoughts and prayers we have received from many family members and friends old and new through the months. It's those prayers and thoughts that have kept us going. Ill have to admit it takes some doing to go on with my mom and dad gone now, but its their voices I hear on my most difficult days. They had a good life and many loved and respected them. Its their teaching and memories that take me through. They are Forever on my Mind and Forever in my Heart.  It gives me comfort that they are home together with our Lord. Thank you all, Love You

Hello and Thank you to everyone who has sent their condolences our way. It has been three weeks and I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that my mom is really not here. I miss her dearly every minute of the day. My moms path of cancer was rough and although she gave it her all, it was not enough. Gods plans sent her home where I know deep in my heart she is at peace. Her work here on this earth is done and she is with my Dad now in the heavens above watching all of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who have been the greatest nieces and nephews anyone can ask for. Thank you to all our many friends who continue to send love and support our way. To my Family in Texas, California, Detroit, and Hawaii who couldn't be here with us but constantly keep us in their prayers. I love you all, The Cancer fight does not end with my mom, Support someone today, they need you.

My grandma took care of me when I was little. She always looked after me but...once, in a difficult time in my life I felt alone like I had no one to turn to but she was there. Her and my grandpa. They were there to help me and give me the love a grandparent could give. I will always thank my grandparents and remember them for that. I wish i could have told her this. That she was my Angel back then and now she will always be forever more and I will always carry her in my heart forever and always. I am proud to call u my grandma. Love you...?

My prayers are with all of you at this time.  God rest her soul and comfort all of you.  My belief is that she has joined the neighborhood up in heaven and they are getting it ready for our big Throop Street reunion.

Our thoughts of deepest sympathy are with.  We were so sorry to hear of your loss and ours as well.  I remember visiting Uncle Rudy and Aunt Annie when they lived on Fest St.  I always enjoyed those visits.  They were a fun couple.

Eliza, so sorry to hear about your mom; I wish I could have been there yesterday.  You and the entire family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was my "rock" during high school; she was insightful, patient and gave me great advice. I know you will all miss her so much!

Sad to hear that Annie passed away. She was my God Mother and was a very good friend of my mom Fidelia when we lived on 18th & Throop. I had not seen her in a long time but memories are forever. She will never be forgotten. Our prayers go out to her family. May God comfort her them.

When my grandpa passed away he told me "watch my wife". I said I would and I feel like I let him down a liittle. But now I ask you grandpa, please watch over my grandma. Give her the big hug and kiss she has been longing for since the day you went to heaven. And I know you wont let us down with that.  Grandma I love you!!! Its going to be hard to not have you here to help me cope with grandpa's death. There were many times she would pull me close and whisper that she missed him and I would tell her how much I did to. Now I need that hug and to be pulled close by you to say how much I miss you. My heart is broken. I feel like my world has shattered. Thank you for being the greatest grandmother, mother, great grandmother, person, anyone could ever ask for. Our family will stick together and get through this. Because you taught us to. And because you and grandpa will make sure of it. I LOVE YOU!!!!

Dear Cousins, So sorry for your loss. Aunt Annie was a very strong woman with a great sense of humor. I remember when she was last here in San Antonio. Nice visit, driving to the valley, then to Alice, Texas to visit with her cousin. I still have the wind chime she surprised me with just before she left. That chime hangs in our backyard.
