Mark Joseph Scott

Born December 13, 1958 in Worth, Illinois, Mark was a Loving Father of Colton Scott, Jillian Scott, Adana Johns (Timothy Johns), Aris Placourakis, Cherished Grandfather of Arbor Johns, Dear Brother of Dawn Winder (Steve Winder), Fond Uncle of Shawn Winder (Heather Winder), Corrine Winder (dec.), and Ex-husband of Susan Scott. Mark is preceded in death by his mother Dolores Scott and father Joseph Scott.

Mark lived his life to the fullest. Throughout his life he enjoyed cycling, boating, riding his motorcycle, running, shopping, Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls games and spending time with his family. He retired as President of Midwest Canvas Corporation, where he spent the last several decades of his successful career in packaging. Mark was a Ball State University graduate.

He passed away on Saturday, December 3rd of a heart attack related to conditions resulting from an accident he was involved in, in March 2020. His life celebration takes place with a visitation on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. There will be a funeral service on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be private.
