Maxine Rowe, née Whitt, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. She was born in Phelps, Kentucky. She was a loving wife for 68 years to the late James Rowe; the loving mother of Flo (Gary) Cox, the late Bernard (Diane), Larry (the late Jeannie), Darnell (Nadine), and Hilda (Bob) Van Geertry; proud grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of many.
