Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1942 to the late Joseph and Helen Szymanski, Pat was the youngest of five children. Pat was also a mother to two sons, Michael and Lawrence Jr, both of whom predeceased her and daughter, Laura Kay. All three children provided Pat with multiple grandchildren.
An independent and outspoken woman, Pat enjoyed word search and crossword puzzles and watching classic movies while eating popcorn or chocolate. She will be greatly missed.
