Patrick M. Cusack, age 68, of LaGrange, passed away January 5, 2014. Loving father of Lynn (Thomas) Hope and Karen (Scott Sedlar) Cusack; proud grandfather of Alex, Larissa and Natalie Hope; dearest son of Jannett and the late John Cusack; dear brother of Thomas (Jean) and Terry (Debbie) Cusack; fond former spouse of Susan and uncle of many.
