

Ann L. Kocks-Stanski, 57, of Leo, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. Born February 8, 1959 in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Larimore) Kocks. Ann graduated from IPFW with an Associate Degree in Dental Technology; having put herself through college, she worked with many friends at Smugglers and at Don Hall’s Gas House in which she will be greatly missed by them all. She was the Owner of Northeast Dental Labs for over 20 years. She took pride in her work and enjoyed working with such loyal doctors. Ann was a member of the American Legion Post 409, Leo. She enjoyed cooking, camping, and the outdoors; but, most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband, Russell Stanski of Leo; daughter, Joclyn (Erik) Bolton of Spencerville; three grandchildren, Dakota, Maddix, and Maxwell; brothers, Joseph (Suzanne) Kocks of New Haven and Donald Kocks of Auburn; sisters, Judith (Eugene) Hahaj of Fort Wayne, Theresa (Paul) Gilley of Gold River, CA., and Lisa (Steve) Ottenweller of New Haven; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Kocks. Mass of Christian Burial is on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior; Father Mark Gurtner officiating. Calling will also be on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 4-8pm at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road., Fort Wayne. Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
