Carol R Lane, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away on January 28, 2018. Born on December 20, 1941, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Otto and Margaret Langston. Carol loved to do things for others, she had a good caring nature about her, a humorous side; and her family and faith were the most important to her. She is survived by her children, Renee Lane, Chris (Brandy) Lane, and Tina Kissinger; seven grandchildren; sister, Helen Ludlum; and brother, Walt Langston. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Doloris McCormick; and brothers, Ed, Arthur, Roscoe, and Charlie Langston.
Funeral service will be 11am, Thursday, February 8, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to the family c/o Chris Lane.
