Connie L. Mosier, 82, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Friday, June 20 2025. She was born on August 17, 1942 in Avilla, Indiana to the late Nelson and Geraldine (Keck) Snell. She graduated from Avilla High School and attended Ball State University before becoming a Unit Clerk at Parkview Hospital, Randallia, where she retired. Connie was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Grabill, Indiana. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Connie enjoyed garage sales, reading, traveling, and cruises.
Connie is survived by her children, Trent (Brenda Lindsey Potter) Mosier and Kristin Grimmer; her brother and sister, Keith Snell and Juanita Deheck; her grandchildren, Nicole Delawter, Foster Mosier, Rylee Delawter, and Blake Mosier; her step-grandchildren, Abby and Alex Potter; and her great-grandchildren, Ivi and Luna Barnette.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Mosier; and by her parents.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions in Connie’s name may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
