Grayson Wayne Goelz, born December 18, 2014, passed away June 28, 2015 at Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis. Survivors include his parents, Tyler Goelz and Rachael Graham; sister, Karsyn Tipsord; paternal grandparents, Nichol (Steve) Branham-Barber and Rod Goelz; maternal grandparents, Paula (Tyson) Phillips-Burkhart; paternal great-grandparents, Linda (Bud) Wicker, Sandy Branham, and John and Mary Goelz; maternal great-grandparents, Linda Phillips, Danny (Reva) Graham and Jane Gurtner; paternal great-great-grandparents, Joyce Osborn and Stan (Sandy) Lawson; maternal great-great-grandmother, Aline Simon.
Funeral service will be 11 am Thursday July 2, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 12 to 3 and 5 to 8 pm, Wednesday July 1, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
