JOYCE M. BAIR, 90, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at The Oaks, Columbia City. Born Oct. 9, 1923, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late J.W. Hiscutt and Edith Gilbert. She was a cosmetologist, electrologist and electro pigmentation practitioner. She was a member of Gethsemaine Luthearn Church. Surviving are her niece, Brenda Boggess of Churubusco; brothers, Frank C. Hiscutt of Fort Wayne and Judson A. Hiscutt of Largo, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leo E. Bair. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne (IN 46835), with visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. Pastor Debra Meuter officiating. Burial in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery.
