Laura “Alex” Alejandra Warnement, 30, of Fort Wayne, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Hidalgo, Mexico on April 24, 1992. Alex was a great mother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved to spend time with her daughter, Luna, and her pets. Alex enjoyed listening to music, being outdoors, hula hooping and being around those she loved. She leaves behind her daughter, Luna Warnement; mother, Patricia Ortega-Valero; sister Linda Herbert; and brothers, Mario Angulo and Jorge Madrid. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 Saint Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
