SHIRLEY J. STARK, 86, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at home. Born August 9, 1924, in Fort Wayne, she had been employed at the former Kroger store that had been located in the Northcrest Shopping Center. She is survived by her daughter, Judi (Gary) Crawford of Prospect Heights, Ill.; three grandchildren; sister, Beverly Moreo of Fort Wayne; brother, Wendall Squires of New York. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hector (1984); son, Jim Stark (2000); brother, Darrell K. Squires. Service is 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, with visitation two hours prior to service. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
