Born in Enid, Oklahoma, he was the son of Charlie and Helen Hromas (Schovanec). He enjoyed gardening and watching the New York Yankees.
Scott is survived by his wife, Kelly, daughter Alyxandria Hromas, granddaughter Alessia Hromas, and daughter Madison Hromas (fiance Kalem Eaton), sister Darlene Sabin (Deryl), sister Denise Dejean (Ron), and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Charlie Hromas and mother Helen Hromas.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a date to be determined.
