Frankie Payne Riley was born on June 24, 1933 in Fort Worth, Texas, and passed away on January 23, 2019 at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A graveside service with full military honors will be held at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1st, 2019. Anyone wishing to attend should arrive by 2:30 p.m. Frankie is survived by his wife of 52 years, Maria-Nelia Riley, a daughter, Rowena Riley, and a son, Christopher Riley (wife Estelle). Also precious to Frankie are his granddaughters, Melissa Kindhart (husband Josh) and Rachelle Biber (husband David), grandsons Michael & Ty Riley, and his great grandchildren Tristan Biber, Conner Kindhart, and Caitlyn Kindhart.
