Irving Lawrence “Larry” Sewell was born January 9, 1977 to Debbie (Meis) Antonio in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Growing up, he loved going outdoors and enjoying the Colorado outdoors, from skiing, to dirt biking, to fishing and camping. After attending Widefield High School, Larry attended Denver Automotive and Diesel College, and then joined the United States Army and served in Bosnia. Following his service, he spent several years in Colorado before earning his Insurance Adjuster’s License.
He spent years floating between Texas, Florida, Tennessee and finally settled in South Carolina.
Larry loved hunting, working on engines of every kind, spending time with his kids and working with his boxers.
Larry passed from this life on December 9, 2019 in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Larry was preceded in passing by his grandfather, and namesake, Lawrence Meis. He is survived by his Grandmother Theresa Meis, his Mother Debra (Meis) Antonio, Step-father Gary Antonio, Wife Jerri Mahan, Brother Gary Antonio, Jr., Sisters Serena Roberson and Crystal Antonio, and children Brittany, Shelby, Austin, and Dallas.
A memorial service will be held at Dove-Witt Mortuary, Hwy 85-87, Fountain, CO on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception following at the Antonio home.
