Long time Widefield resident Marlene “Mickie” Baker, 80, died May 29, 2014. Mickie is survived by her son and fiancé, John and April of Widefield; son and daughter in law, James and Charlotte of Golden; grandchildren, Harley, Summer, Dominic and Christian; sister and brother in-law, Bernadette and Donald Mc Christy of Iowa City. Mickie was preceded in death by her husband Jack.
A Rosary will be at Dove Witt Family Mortuary in Fountain on Thursday, June 5, at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, June 6, at 11:00 am, at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Security. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Micke’s Memory can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
