Phil is survived by his loving wife Dee of thirty two years, Daughter Denise (Jason) Doiel, Grandaughters Brittany-Morgan, Erin and Anissa, three Great Grandchildren, brothers Ellsworth Jr. (Brownie) (Linda), David (Dorrie), John (Mary), Michael (Doreen), Sisters Laura (William) Sullivan, Anne (Charles) Sweeney and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
Phil is proceeded in death by his Brother Leroy (Roy).
Phil’s hobbies were golfing, fishing, pool and had a great love for music. He lived up to his April fools birthday and his antics will be missed.
A memorial service will be held at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary on Monday March 19, 2012 at 6:00pm.
