Rebecca (Becky) Gomez, 66, of Fountain, passed away surrounded by her family on September 25, 2017. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 10, 1951. She was a member of the Franciscan Order of Catholic Daughters and had a passion for her faith in Christ, bingo, serving others, and her grandchildren.
She is survived by two brothers Raymond and Roger Garza, her children George Pena (Patricia), Leticia Venzor (Ricardo), and Rogelio Gomez (Erika), her grandchildren Stephanie Thomas, Matthew Garza, George Pena Jr., Raquel and Lorena Venzor, Zoey, Roman, and Remi Gomez, and her great grandchildren Natalie and Christopher. Rebecca was preceded in death by Elida Gomez.
Visitation will be held at 4pm Thursday September 28, 2017 at Dove Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US. Highway 85-87 Fountain, CO. Funeral services will be held on Friday 10am at St. Dominic’s Church on 5354 US-85, Colorado Springs, CO. 5354 US-85, Colorado Springs, CO 80911
